papdi

Ingredients
  • Flour(maida) -: 250 gm
  • Celery(ajwain)-: 1tea spoon
  • Salt-: 1tea spoon
  • Oil-: 2 tbl spoon and 250 ml for deep fry


Method
  1.  Take  flour add oil, salt, celery and mix it with both hand and make a soft dough.
  2.  Make a big roti and cut it in to small circle with the help of glass and prick them with knife.
  3.  Fry them on low flame till light brown.

Haree Dhaniya ki aloo (green coriander potatoes)

Ingredients
  • Coriander-: 1 small bowl (chopped to make a fine paste)
  • Boiled potatoes-: half kg
  • Black pepper-: ½ tea spoon
  • Garlic-: 3
  • Curd-: 2tbl spoon
  • Green chili-: 4
  • Lemon juice-: 2-3 tbl spoon
  • Salt-: 1 table spoon

Method
  1. Take coriander, green chili, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt in grinder jar and make a smooth paste.
  2. Cut the potatoes in square pieces and add coriander paste, curd and mix it well.
  3.  Best to serve with papdi.

Malai Sandwich

Ingredients                                                                                                             (Serves 3)
  • Malai-: 3 tbl spoon 
  • salt-: to taste 
  • black pepper-: 1/2 tea spoon 
  • onion-: half of medium size 
  • tomato-: 1 small size 
  • cabbage-: equal amount to onion
  • carrot-:  equal amount to onion
  • capsicum-:  equal amount to onion 
  • green chilly-: 2 small
  • bread (brown/white)-: 6 slice 
Method 
  1. Chop all vegetables and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add malai, salt, black pepper with all vegetables.
  3. Stuff this mixture in bread and grill it.(don't use butter)

                                        Moong Dal Halwa

Ingredients                                                                                                    (serves 4)
  • Moong dal-: 4 fist
  • Sugar-: 1/4 of moong dal

Method 
  1. Heat a pan add ghee half tea spoon and add dal.
  2. Fry till it changes to golden color and leave it to be cool 
  3. Grind it in grinder as smooth as rava(suji).
  4. Take a pan heat the 2 tbl spoon ghee and pour the daal.
  5. Fry it till brown on low flame.
  6. Add 1 glass of water and sugar on high flame and cover it.
  7. Low the flame after the first boil.
  8. Cook till it become dry and again add ghee one tbl spoon.
  9. Fry it for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.

Anaar Paneer

Ingredients 


  • oil-: 2 tablespoon 
  • onion-: 1 cup
  • pomegranate juice-: 3 cups
  • paneer-: 200 gm cut in triangle shape  
  • curd-: 2 tablespoon 
  • ginger paste-: 1 teaspoon 
  • poppy seeds (posta) soaked -: 2 tablespoon paste
  • cashew nut paste -: 10-12
  • Cardamoms powder-: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt-: to taste 
  • red chilly powder-: to taste


Method 

  1. Add oil in a pan.
  2. add onion and fry it till golden brown.
  3. Add 3 cups of juice of pomegranate without sugar and boil it.
  4. Add paneer, salt, red chilly powder and paste of ginger, cashew nut and poppy seeds.
  5. add curd and boil it.
  6. add cardamoms powder and serve.

Dahi vada of Unripe banana

  Ingredients 
  • curd-: 250 gm
  • banana-: 5 
  • green coriander chopped-: 1 tbs
  • ginger-: 1 tsp
  • green chilly-: 1 tsp
  • salt-: 1/2 tsp
  • gram-: 1 tbs
Method 
  1. boil banana with half glass water and one whistle in presser cooker and rains them.
  2. Peel banana add gram, salt, chilly, ginger, coriander and make vada (make a boll then press it and make a hole in center) and fry them in deep fry oil.
  3. add salt, jeera-dhaniya powder, red chilly in curd. Now add vada to curd. you also can give tadka to curd as normal we fry dal.

Macaroni Alfredo

INGREDIENTS                                                                  (serves 5-6)
  • macaroni-: 1 cup (boiled)
  • mushroom-: 10 gm
  • Baby corn-: 50-100 gm
  • onion-: 1 chopped
  • flour-: 2 tbsp
  • Milk-: 1 cup
  • salt-: to taste
  • red chilly powder-: 1 tsp
  • pizza cheese-: 100 grated (mozerrela)
  • tomato slice-: 4
  • butter-: 2 tbsp
  • oregano-: 1 tsp
  • pepper-: 1tsp
  • cream-:1/4 cup
METHOD
  1. In a pan heat butter. Add oregano, onion, mushroom, baby corn. cook for 5 minuets.
  2. Add flour mix well add milk, salt, pepper, and chili flakes mix well and cook for six minutes and stirring between. Cook 1-2 minutes more if the sauce does not thick.
  3. Add macaroni, cream and 1/2 of cheese. Mix well. Arrange tomatoes, coriander and the left over grated cheese.
